Merry World Radio Day!
It's World Radio Day! A we set aside to remember how radio has shaped the world of Communications and how radio is still a major part of our everyday life. This holiday was created back in 2011 by the UN to honor the first day of UN radio back in 1946.
Fun fact: Originally World Radio Day was going to be on October 30th. And then in 1938 Orson Welles had a special radio show air about an alien invasion from Mars.
