Happy Sunday! Wait, is that a thing? Is it normal to wish someone a "Happy Sunday" or Happy (insert name of current day here)? Regardless, its Summer and its the time for fun and Tomfoolery. I bet that's a word some haven't heard in a while. Why not test your Tomfoolery skills by pitting them against a challenge? How about, At Home Bartender? That seems like a fun challenge. Ready? Here are a few drinks that might just do the trick.

Ingredients:
1½ oz Bacardi Superior Rum
½ oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Garnish – Muddled Strawberry
How To:

Spicy Margarita (original source)
Ingredients:
3 Slices Muddled Red Peppers
2 oz Herradura Tequila
¾ oz Cointreau
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 pinch Cilantro
Garnish – Red Pepper Slice
How To:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Next, strain into a glass with ice and garnish with a pepper slice.

Trouble Maker (original source)
Ingredients:
4 Slices Cucumber
2 Strawberries
1½ oz Vodka (Belvedere)
1 oz Bonal (French Aperitif)
¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lime Juice
4 oz Seltzer
Garnish – Cucumber Slices, Strawberries
How To:
Muddle the strawberries and cucumbers to begin. In a shaker with ice, combine the ingredients (minus the seltzer) and shake well. Then strain the concoction into a shaker with ice and top off with the seltzer and garnish with half a strawberry and a cucumber slice.

 

All, if not most, of these drink ingredients can be found at your local liquor store.
