VIDEO: One Man Demolishes 3 Massive Texas Food Challenges
As a foodie, I find this kind of stuff fascinating! A man from Australia named James Webb took on the legendary 72-ounce steak challenge at the Big Texan Steak Ranch, located in Amarillo, the "6 in 6 challenge" at Sky Rocket Burger in Frisco, and topped it off with a visit to Bebo's Cafe in Pilot Point, north of Dallas, where he took on the "Bozilla." One of the challenges, he did in record time, as reported by mysanantonio.com and wfaa.com.
He ate the 72-ounce steak in only 6 minutes and 28 seconds! However, the steak is not the only part of the challenge! It also includes a shrimp cocktail, baked potato, salad, and a buttered roll.
His next stop was at Sky Rocket Burger in Frisco, Texas, where he conquered the "6 in 6" challenge: six burger patties, fries, and a shake. Time: 3 minutes and 56 seconds.
His final contoured challenge was at Bebo's Cafe where he had a date with the "Bozilla." In this challenge, you must eat a burger with seven 1/3 pound beef patties layered with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions, with a side of 1 pound of fries and a soda. You have 20 minutes to complete this challenge. His time was just over 15 minutes. The eating starts a little after 18 and half minutes on the video.
