Powerful Storm Pushes Train Right Off Elevated Track
Here's a train derailment you don't see too much.
Strong winds and a driving rain forced a train to fall off the elevated track on which it was riding Monday in New Orleans. The moment was caught by a reporter for WGNO.
The train was moving at a slow four miles per hour at the time and no one was hurt. The train was carrying shipping containers.
What's that old expression about "rain rain go away, please come back another day?" Seems like that may have applied here.
