Opening Date Revealed for Marcos Pizza in Victoria

Another restaurant is about to open in Victoria! The general manager at Marcos has just confirmed that Marcos will open to the public on Monday, October 17! The new Marcos will be located at 6502 North Navarro at the corner of King Authur at the Castle Hills west entrance. The transformation has really picked up in the past two weeks. We are still waiting for the big reveal of the new Mr. Gatties location that is coming to Victoria. The new Chick-fil-A that is being developed on Rio Grande St. in Victoria is also progressing nicely! The existing structures have been demolished and the land is currently being smoothed out for the start of building construction. The target opening date for the new Chick-fil-A location is slated for the Spring of 2023! A little further down Houston Highway, we now see the shell for a new Speedy Stop that will be located at the corner of Houston Highway and Ben Jordan. It is nice to see so much positive growth on the South side.

The north side of town is also experiencing a boom in development with the recent announcement of a Boot Barn and Burlington Coat Factory. The Boot Barn and Burlington Coat Factory will be moving in to the new Victoria Town Center. The Boot Barn is slated to open by the end of 2022. Burlington Coat Factory will open up early next year(2023). I personally believe the next development boom will be along the feeder roads of 463. The second Ventura's location on Nursery Drive is nearing completion as well, Welcome to BOOMING VICTORIA!
