What On Earth is Going On In The Crossroads This Weekend?
We are about t-minus 2 weeks from Easter and fun events are in full swing. We have a couple of events that might interest you and yours this weekend.
If you are scratching your head wondering what you can do in the Crossroads this weekend then have no fear, there are plenty of fun things going on.
Friday, April 8
Wild About Wine
Today is the biggest fundraiser of the year at the Texas Zoo. You'll sip wine and jam out to some live music, all while being in the company of some pretty radical zoo animals.
There will be live music at a few local spots Friday. If you're stopping by your favorite drinking spot, you may be happily surprised by some live tunes.
Saturday, April 9
Victoria Farmers Market
Get a good night's rest Friday because you can wake up early to check out some good ol' homegrown handmade goodies at the Victoria Farmers Market. You can find this market in the Patti Dobson parking lot from 9 am till 1 pm.
Goliad Market Days
Since we're on the topic of markets, you can take a relaxing drive to Goliad Farmers Market. This market is a pretty heft size and vendors wrap around the entire downtown square. Just head to downtown Goliad from 9 am till 3 pm to find some pretty nifty goodies.
With Easter right around the corner. That being said, Townsquare Media has teamed up with Toyota of Victoria and Parks and Rec. to put on an EGG-travagant Easter Egg hunt. Head over to Riverside Park from 2 pm till 4 pm for some family fun. There will be egg hunts with age divisions, bounce houses, and even a foam party!
