It was game 2 of the first round of the Texas Collegiate League playoffs yesterday, and the Victoria Generals took another step towards the title by beating the Texarkana Twins 9-1.

The Generals were scoreless until the 5th inning when the bats came alive. Marshall Skinner hit a 2-RBI triple, Zac Vooletich hit another RBI triple and Ryan Flores got another RBI on a ground ball. The Generals put up more runs in the 6th and 7th innings including a steal of home by Tanner Roach.
