A Texas man is in serious trouble after threatening a Texas judge and spitting on an officer.

ERRATIC AND BIZARRE BEHAVIOR

Police were called on Eliezer Antonio Gracia after a man noticed Gracia and an unidentified woman pulling up to his apartment with a damaged car. . According to the police report, Gracia told the man if he called the police, he would kill the woman.

Gracia took off running to his apartment and police were soon called. When they arrived, Gracia was highly agitated and barricaded himself inside his apartment. According to police reports, Gracia claimed he had a gun and was ready to go.'

Officers prepared to break in and fired several rounds of pepper balls under Gracia's door. When they made their way inside officers quickly located Gracia, who was hiding in a restroom closet.

The hot-tempered and highly agitated Gracia spit on an officer's face as he was being escorted out.

LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL INFRONT OF A JUDGE

His disturbing actions didn't stop there. As Gracia stood in front of a judge at the McAllen Municipal Court, he became 'loud and disrespectful,' and was soon escorted out.

The judge walked to the area in the jail where Gracia was being held. As the judge passed by Gracia he began threatening her yelling, " I'm going to ******* kill you *****!" He continued saying “I’m going to kill your ******* family too,” according to the report.

Gracia was charged with harassment, harassment of a public servant, criminal mischief, resisting arrest/search/transport, and obstruction or retaliation and had his bond set at $95,000.
