What's this? You didn't think Mullets were still a thing? Yes, they are! So much so that people gather from all around the country when it comes down to the annual Mullet Championships hosted by MulletChamps.com.

The best part might be that there are no age limits when it comes to "business in the front, party in the back", even the youngest of whippersnappers can be a part of the fun as seen in the video above from WDEF News 12. While there are plenty of adults who enter the contest each year, but there are also hundreds of kids who enter the championships as well. The winner of the 2020 contest is a young man from east Texas named Jax. The boy lives in Hunt County, Texas, and received the most votes for best kids mullet for a style he calls the "curly mullet". Thanks to a little help from Sports Clips in Greenville, Texas, Jax is headed home a winner. Check this kid out!

Some of these photos are amazing. It's easy to watch the video below and see why all these cute looking kids managed to gather 20,000+ votes. Kebin Begola is the President of the USA Mullett Championships and he told KLTV.com, “During these tough times it’s important to have fun. This is exactly what 2020 needed."

As the winner of the competition, Jax has headed home with $500 and a gift card package! The boy and his family had told KXII upon entering the competition that if he won he would use the prize money to fix his dirt bike. The top three finalists in this year's competition appear below.
