Texas shooting

Sgt. Kendrick Simpo was working at the Galleria Mall when he received a radio call alerting him a man was spotted near Macy's store with a rifle.

"We heard shooting and then we got scared and everybody started crying."

For the second week in a row, an innocent 9-year-old has been hit by a stray bullet in Tx. Last night's bullet was fired in a self-defense robbery gone wrong.
