STJ Flyer Athletes of The Week

Congratulation to our STJ Flyer Athletes of the week:

Quincy Johnson 5 run attempts for 56 yds., 1 touchdown, 5 tackles, 1 interception

Robbie Alcasabas 5 for 5 on extra points and 1 for 1 on Field Goals 

Payton Terrell 14 run attempts for 103 yds.,  2 touchdowns & 1 reception for 17 yds. and named Homecoming King 

Jacoby Robinson Graded out at 92% on blocking with 2 pancakes & 3 receptions for 37 yds 

The St. Joseph Flyers showed poise and executed down the stretch to secure at 34-31 victory over Hallettsville Sacred Heart.  The Homecoming crowd was treated to a total team effort on Friday night at Patti Welder Stadium.  The Flyers improve to 3-1 heading into Friday nights non-district matchup versus the Yorktown Wildcats at Memorial Stadium.  St. Joseph starts district play on Friday October, 12 at Houston Second Baptist.  GO BIG BLUE!
