North Texas Family Has 18 Members Test Positive for COVID-19

Just in case you were thinking about having a fourth of July gathering, you might want to read this story out of Carrollton, Texas.  Ron Barbosa's family had 18  family members test positive for COVID-19 after attending a surprise party, just over a month ago.

There were a total of 25 people in attendance at the party, eight were infected at the party.  Those 8 people spread COVID to 10 other people who did not attend the party.  Most of the family members have recovered, however three family members remain in the hospital, including Ron Barbosa's mom and dad,  His mom is struggling and his dad is on life support fighting for his life.

While MOST people will recover from COVID-19, not everyone will, and you see how that has affected this family   Please use this story as a friendly reminder to wear your mask, social distance, and wash your hands.
