New Construction Permit Filed For Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen In Victoria

A new construction permit has been filed with the City of Victoria for the new Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen coming to Victoria. In fact, if you drive past the future site of the restaurant, you can already see the land being cleared.  Everything is right on schedule from when I learned of the new business coming to Victoria.

The estimated date of completion for the new Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is by December, 2026. Hopefully, just in time for the Christmas holiday. It is awesome to see a new business coming from the ground up in Victoria.

Back in September of last year, we also learned that Dave's Hot Chicken would build in Victoria. However, it has been nine months, and nothing has happened to that piece of land on N. Navarro. I have reached out to Dave’s a few times and have not heard anything back.

I have also checked with the City for permits. They have nothing on file yet. I am very hopeful that they are still coming to Victoria. Their presentation is Nashville style with white bread, pickles, and coleslaw. The pic below is from a recent visit to Dave's earlier this month in San Antonio.

After abruptly closing in January, Freddy's is returning to Victoria! Tentatively to open before the end of Summer this year. I hope so, I have tons of points to use.  We can't wait!
