Going from worst to first is the way the Houston Texans ended the NFL regular season beating the Jacksonville Jaguars in decisive fashion 20-3 yesterday, capturing the AFC South title. This, after starting the season in what looked like serious trouble at 0-3 but then going on to win 9 games in a row, and ending the year at 11-5.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson led the charge throwing for 234 yards and running for a score, wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins accounted for 147 yards receiving. Watson throwing for over 4,000 yards on the year.

The Texans are heading into a wild-card playoff game against division rivals the Indianapolis Colts (10-6) this Saturday, who beat the struggling Tennessee Titans 33-17 last night.

This weekend marks the Texans 5th playoff appearance and the 5th Division title in team history. It's also the team's 3rd playoff appearance in 4 years, and 5 out of the past 8 years.
