Most people dread changing their clocks when it's time to Spring forward.  The good thing is that  most devices change the time automatically, but don't forget to change the wall clocks and those old school alarm clocks.  People normally feel cheated out of an hour of sleep when this happens, but that is not entirely accurate.   According to a recent Michigan State University study findings show in the spring, when that hour is taken away, people lose an average of 40 minutes of sleep  that when we 'fall back', and daylight saving time ends, we only gain 12 minutes of sleep. It is also recommended that  people should use the start of daylight saving time to change the batteries in their smoke alarms this Sunday.
