One Woman Shot and Killed in Violent Dallas Road Rage

Another road rage incident ends in death Tuesday in Dallas around midnight.

ARGUMENT ON THE HIGHWAY

A woman was driving down I-30 when her passenger got into an argument with people in another vehicle. Suddenly, a person in the other vehicle pulled out a gun and opened fire.

BULLET HOLES ACROSS THE CAR

Multiple rounds were fired at the woman's car and bullets were spread all across her vehicle. One of the bullets struck the woman. She tried to drive off and away from the shooter but ended up crashing straight into a wall at a nearby gas station.

WHEN POLICE ARRIVED

Police arrived and quickly began to render aid to the woman. The woman was pulled out of her vehicle and given CPR, however, her injuries turned fatal, and she died at the scene.

The passenger in the victim's car was not injured. The suspects fled the scene and have not been identified. 

The Dallas-Fort Worth area is no stranger to violent road rage incidents. Last summer we reported on a terrifying incident after a woman flashed her high beams signaling another vehicle to dim their lights.

SIGNALING A DRIVER TO DIM THEIR LIGHTS

A woman in Forth Worth was shot in the face early Monday morning as she was driving. The woman had noticed a vehicle driving her way had its high beams on, so she flashed her lights to signal the driver to turn off their bright lights before they got too close.

As the oncoming vehicle passed the woman the driver opened fire, shooting the woman in the face. The woman pulled into a 7-Eleven and went inside seeking help. Police were called and officers and medical personnel were dispatched to 7-Eleven around 3:45 a.m.

The woman was taken to the hospital and did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
