CHASE IS COMING BACK TO VICTORIA:

After a long absence, Chase Brown will be returning to Victoria for a pre-Thanksgiving show on Wednesday, November 24th at Schroeder Hall. Many of you know Chase from his early years of performing at Downtown Bar and Grill here in Victoria. While Chase will do a show from time to time in El Campo it has been years since he has played in Victora.  I had the chance to chat with Chase a few days ago and he says 'Victoria, I miss you guys so much,  It's been a hot minute since I have seen you.' You can hear his full interview on KIXS108 Thursday morning at 9:35!!!

THE DEBUT OF A BRAND NEW LADDER

His upcoming show at Schroeder Hall will be the debut of a brand new ladder to his show. The new ladder design will be a little different.  This will be the introduction of his all-new Disco Mirrored Ladder that looks like a Disco ball with thousands of mirrors.  What does a ladder have to do with the show? Come to the show, you will get it!  If you follow Chase, you know that the ladder is the centerpiece of the show and you might have seen different ladders throughout the years. What some of you might not now know is that years ago, Chase would ride the ladder for a year and then auction it off. Proceeds would be donated to the American Cancer Society.

WHO REMEMBERS WHEN CHASE BROWN WENT VIRAL?

A look back to a video that went viral almost instantaneously for Chase. He was stopped by Vegas Metro Police while he was singing in the back of a moving truck for social media.  He was stopped by 6 patrol units, but Instead of a ticket, the Vegas Police Department asked to sing with him and threw out the ticket.  Here is the cool part. They were singing Toby Keith's 'Should've Been a Cowboy.' and Toby retweeted the video the next morning.
