This drink recipe was something I threw together when bartending at a local restaurant in Goliad. The book we had on cocktails had  a similar recipe, but we lacked the ingredients. So, I took what we had available and created this little number...

Chocolate Covered Cherry
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Chocolate Liqueur
1 ½ oz Irish Cream
4 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice
Garnish - Maraschino Cherries
How To:
Combine the ingredients into shaker with ice, and shake well, then strain into a glass with ice and garnish with the cherry. Before drinking, douse the cherry into the drink, chew up the cherry and then drink before you swallow the cherry.
