This Ain't Just Another AC/DC Tribute

Let's talk about Back in Black for a second. Just so that you know how spot-on their tribute to AC/DC is, this band is actually given the real AC/DC's own seal of approval. Back in 2016 when Brian Johnson had to step away from vocals for the band, you probably remember how several singers auditioned with the group. Back in Black's own vocalist Darren Caperna was asked to come and audition with the AC/DC during that time. They let Darren bring along Back in Black member and guitarist Mike Mroz to help him power through the audition. Darren ended up getting to perform the entire 'Rock or Bust' tour set with his heroes that day, and that's how close to the real thing Friday, July 2nd will be over at Breezy's Bar in Victoria.

AC/DC would eventually select Axl Rose to replace Johnson for a time, but Darren Caperna will probably remember that audition for the rest of his life.
