Victoria 6th Grader Named Runner-Up in Adopt-A-Beach Art Contest

Congratulations to Mia Mabray of Our Lady Of Victory who was named a runner-up in the Treasures of the Texas Coast Children's Art Contest.

Out of 2,480 entries from across the state, Mia was named a runner-up in the 6th-grade category, and her art work will appear in the 2019 Adopt-A-Beach Calendar.

According to the official press release from the Texas General Land Office,

"Thousands of children across the state participated in the 22nd anniversary Treasures of the Texas Coast Children's Art Contest, which is a great way for young Texans to show their artistic skill and vision while learning about the natural beauty of our precious coast."
