St. Joseph Takes on Shiner St. Paul

The Flyers made a statement opening night against the Bloomington Bobcats with a 59-12 victory at Patti Welder Stadium last Friday night.  The Flyers offense exploded for 525 total yards behind an outstanding defensive effort.  QB Jacob Bordovsky led the charge with an impressive stat line 5/10 passing for 168 yards and 2 TDs adding 106 yards on the ground with 4 rushes and 2 more touchdowns.  A great start under new head coach Jones.  The Flyers continue non-district play and hit the road on Friday night to take on The Shiner St. Paul Cardinals at Comanche Stadium, kick off is 7:30.  Tune into JACK for pre game show at 7:00 with Jeff, Jesse, and JP on the call.  GO BIG BLUE!
