It was an important divisional game for the Houston Texans, taking a 3 game losing streak into Indianapolis to face the Colts, who were coming off of a big 41-10 win over the New York Jets. Houston's defense was fired up enough to keep Houston in the game, and running back Lamar Miller scored the team's only touchdown and the Texans beat the Colts 22-17.

Houston holds on to a share of the AFC South lead with the Tennessee Titans. Lamar Miller rushed for 107 yards on 21 carries, while quarterback Brock Osweiler was 14-24 for 147 yards and one interception. The Texans scored the rest of their points on 5 field goals.
