Another season, another time to find a good recipe that meshes with the current temperature and upcoming holidays (at least the current month's holiday and MAYBE the next month. Again it depends on the temperature). There are so many different desserts, meals and beverages that go great with the current season, Autumn (or Fall if you prefer that better)

Here is an alcoholic drink recipe for this fall, the Leftover Pecan Pie Bourbon Shake

Ingredients:
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (could be regular vanilla or vanilla bean, your choice)
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 oz bourbon (your choice on which one, maybe taste a few to find the best option)
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecan pie (yes, pecan pie. Maybe just chop up a slice...eat enough to leave 1/2 a cup's worth)

How To:
Mix the ice cream, milk, bourbon and chopped up pie in a blender. Blend until you think its right (add more milk or ice cream if it doesn't have the right consistency of thickness). Pour contents into a glass and feel free to garnish with some more chopped up pecan pie (if there is any leftover, that is).
