Classic Rock Rules Friday Night at Memorial Weekend Bash

Every Memorial Day Weekend, the Memorial Weekend Bash happens at the Victoria Community Center. Live music is always a highlight of the weekend but this year, Classic Rock rules on Friday night.

Friday, May 25th from 6pm to midnight, get ready to rock with Guns N Roses tribute band Guns 4 Roses, Aerosmith tribute Walk This Way, and a ZZ Top tribute band. While I haven't heard the Aerosmith or ZZ Top tribute bands, Guns 4 Roses played our Rocktober Street Dance last year, and they kicked ass! I would highly recommend seeing all of these bands. How cool is an entire night devoted to legendary Classic Rock on a festival weekend that's usually just about only one genre? Saturday and Sunday the festival features Tejano artists playing from 2pm to midnight both Saturday and Sunday.
