Toes In the Sand Island Rum Punch (original source)
Ingredients:
½ cup granulated sugar
4 cups ice cubes, plus extra
8 oz dark rum
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup coconut water
2 sprigs fresh thyme
Grated fresh nutmeg, for garnish
2 limes, quartered, for garnish
Simple Syrup
How To:
(Make a simple syrup by adding the sugar to 1/2 cup cold water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until the sugar crystals have completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely. Place 1/4 cup aside for this recipe, and store the rest in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month) (Or just go out and buy some)
Fill a pitcher with ice. Add the rum and the reserved simple syrup. Stir and mix it up well. Add the pineapple juice, coconut water, and thyme. Mix up to combine the flavors. Pour into a glass (or multiple if you fee like sharing) and enjoy.

Now if you're not a punch person, that is okay. Not everyone has the same taste when it comes to choosing a drink. Maybe you prefer a more sweet drink? I personally do have a horrible sweet-tooth when it comes to choosing a food or drink. Here is a drink recipe that may be able to quell the sweet drink crave.

Cake By The Ocean (original source)
Ingredients:
All ingredients should be chilled, or you can shake them in a shaker with ice.
2 ounces cake flavored vodka (vanilla or whipped)
2 ounces coconut rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces orange juice
Club soda (optional)
Corn syrup/Honey (for rimming the glass)
Maraschino cherries, sprinkles, pineapple, and orange slices for garnish (optional)
How To:
Place ice in a glass and pour vodka, rum, and both juices over the ice. Garnish with a cherry and/or wedges of pineapple and orange. To make the cocktail last longer or to dilute it, add club soda. If you want to, rim with the glass with corn syrup or honey by taking a spoonful of the substance, pour on a plate and then proceed to dip the rom of the glass in the chosen sticky substance. Then dip it in the sprinkles (which should be on a different plate)

Most, if not all, these ingredients in the recipes can be found at your local liquor store.
