This news ought to do little to renew your faith in airport security systems. On Tuesday, a man boarded a plane in San Diego without a ticket. Even worse, he was just released from jail a day earlier.

Alan Petrusson wanted sex, but instead of begging like the rest of us, he tied himself naked and blindfolded to a tree in a park in Ramsey, Minnesota and waited for the sex to come to him. Brilliant. Why didn’t we think of that?!?

This seems like your standard traffic stop, in any country. There’s a vehicle pulled over and the closed-circuit camera in the officer’s cruiser starts rolling. But that’s just about where the “routine” part of the stop ends.

While we hate to give advice to bike thieves, we don’t think we are giving too much away in saying that the first step to being able to steal a bike is being able to ride a bike.

Thanks to Facebook, dumb criminals now have a new way to botch their wrongdoings. Take this 20-year-old man, for example, who was arrested after posting a Facebook photo of himself stealing gas from a cop car. Duh.

A 26-year-old fugitive from Washington State took time out of his busy day hotfooting it and hiding from the cops to make updates to his Facebook page.
