The NFL is  tough, competitive place. For most players and coaches, if you don't produce, you're gone. That may be the direction Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett is heading.

According to a published report, Garrett is on the hot seat this season, despite having a winning record. Garrett took over in 2010 and does have a winning record at 67-53, but the Cowboys have only made the playoffs twice during that time, and have only won once.

Considering the Cowboy's reputation as 'America's Team' and the fact that Jerry Jones is the team's owner, Garrett may be especially vulnerable.
