Today is National Relaxation Day!!  Sometimes are busyness can be a health hazard.  It's important for you to take time for yourself and recuperate.  Most doctors agree we all need ways to find to reduce stress in our lives.  Hey, if doctors agree it's good for you...I say "I'm just following the recommendation of the doctor"!  So what will it be today?  What do you do to relax?    The list could go on and on.  Whatever it is, take some time for yourself.
